The indicated prices:

  • Include or do not include VAT depending on the type of product and customer (B2B/B2C).

  • They may change without prior notice.

  • Do not include shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

Offers and promotions will be properly marked and will have a limited validity.

6. Purchase Process

To place orders, the user must:

  1. Select the product.

  2. Confirm units.

  3. Provide shipping and billing information.

  4. Accept the Terms and Conditions.

  5. Make the payment through the available methods.

The sale will be considered formalized when the customer receives the order confirmation email.

7. Payment Methods

Available payment methods may include:

  • Bank transfer

  • Credit/debit card

  • Bizum (if enabled)

  • Payment against invoice (only for authorized companies)

Total or partial non-payment authorizes the company to cancel the order.

8. Shipping and Deliveries

Shipments are made to Spain and EU countries.

Estimated times may vary depending on destination or availability.

The customer must check the package upon delivery and report any issues within a maximum of24–48 hours.

9. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Due to the food nature,returns will not be acceptedexcept for:

  • Product in poor condition

  • Error in shipping

  • Visible damage in transport

To exercise this right, the customer must inform compras@huelvadistributions.com with photos and order number.

10. Responsibility of the Holder

Huelva Distributions is not responsible for:

  • System crashes

  • Service interruptions

  • Content from linked third parties

  • Misuse of the site by the user

The holder will take measures to keep the website operational without interruptions.

11. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All logos, brands, texts, photographs, designs, labels, and materials are the property of Huelva International Distributions 2025 S.L.

Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without express authorization.
